I too don’t have a garage, I’ve got to street park. Just one of the benefits of living in an expensive city where lots of money won’t get you a garage.

This is the first time I’ve lived in a house with usable garage space since I was 7. It’s super nice. Though my parents are kind of pissed right now, because I was working on fixing a belt issue when I broke the idler pully tensioner bolt, so now I have their car’s place in the garage until the new bolt arrives.

One of the reasons I bought my house was a three car garage plus drive through to backyard.

A 3-car garage with drive-through in my neighbourhood would take up 2 or 3 adjacent properties!

Well it’s because I live in an area where land is plentiful and cheap.

I live in a city on an island. Space is limited.
